This mini book or booklet (or mini but compact and to the point guide) will show you the basic steps in order to start selling guns in the USA. The gun industry has always been lucrative. If you acquire a federal fire-arms license you will not be able to sell just guns. There's a variety of items that go along with a gun. For example ammo. People will always come back to you for more. And then there are so many gun extras and accessories that make selling guns one of the best business you could ever be involved with. And it's pretty simple especially if you haven't done any crimes before. In the booklet I outline the whole process, what paper-work is needed plus why you have to go through an interview so that your State knows who they are dealing with. After all we are talking about guns and guns can become dangerous, they are only for serious people. So, if you are serious about selling guns (which I hope you are since you are reading up to here), AND if you have it in you, then this book can give you all the information you need to start selling guns. From then on... There's also an FFL (Federal Firearms License) Kit which is advertised throughout the book. This is for even more serious people who want to start the gun-business right now. I hope you enjoy this mini guide. If you do so, please leave a positive review. Thank you and I wish you all success with your future firearms business! The growing concern over the number of accidental firearm shootings, especially those involving children, prompted passage of the initial handgun safety law which went into effect in 1994. The stated intent of the California Legislature in enacting the current FSC law is for persons who obtain firearms to have a basic familiarity with those firearms, including, but not limited to, the safe handling and storage of those firearms. The statutory authority for this program is contained in Penal Code sections 26840 and 31610 through 31700. These statutes mandate DOJ to develop, implement and maintain the FSC Program. Pursuant to Penal Code section 26840, a firearms dealer cannot deliver a firearm unless the person receiving the firearm presents a valid FSC, which is obtained by passing a written test on firearm safety. Prior to taking delivery of a firearm from a licensed firearms dealer, the purchaser/recipient must also successfully perform a safe handling demonstration with that firearm..
