Governing Affects explores the neoliberal transformation of state governance in Europe towards affective forms of dominance exercised by customer-oriented neo-bureaucracies and public service providers. Biopolitics refers to a form of politics concerned with administering and regulating the conditions of life at an aggregated level of populations.
