An Act Defining and Regulating the Business of Barbering, Creating a Board of Barber Examiners and Defining the Powers, Authority and Duties of Said Board and the Members Thereof and for Their Removal and Tenure and Providing for Their Regulating the Issuance and the Renewal of Certificates and Licenses by Said Board and the Revocation of the Same and Fixing Fees to be Paid Therefor and Fixing the Compensation of the Board of Barber Examiners and Its Members and Defining Violations of this Act and Providing for Penalties and Providing for Hearings Before the Board and Attendance of Witnesses and the Method of Appeal from the Decisions and Defining Violations of this Act and Fixing the Penalties and Repealing Sections 8267, 8269, 8270, 8271, 8272, 8273, 8274, 8275, 8276, 8277, and 8278 of the Oregon Laws and to Repeal All Acts and Amendments and Parts of Acts and Amendments of Acts in Conflict Herewith
