"This Alternative Study Report documents the evaluation of five primary alternatives to improve the lower ladder portion of the John Day North (JDAN) Fish Ladder. The lower ladder system includes the fish ladder entrance, auxiliary water supply (AWS) system, diffusers, and lower ladder weirs.
