Also includes family of Squire Osborn who was born in Rowan County, North Carolina. He married Elizabeth Alley (ca. 1772-1843) before 1793. She was born in Russell County, Virginia and died in Missouri. Includes much information on several other early southern Osborn families. James Alley (ca. 1728-ca. 1798) was born probably in Henrico County, Virginia. He died in Russell County, Virginia.
