Este estudo foi desenvolvido com a equipe de enfermagem vespertina do Pronto Socorro de um hospital escola locado em Curitiba - PR. Realizou-se educacao continuada referente aos temas sugeridos pela equipe, obedecendo as etapas da Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial e alicercando-se na pedagogia de ensino do educador Paulo Freire, sustentada pelo Marco Conceitual. Desenvolveram-se quatro encontros educativos abordando assistencia a parada cardio-respiratoria, ao cliente politraumatizado, ao cliente queimado e ao cliente em ventilacao mecanica. Os resultados da implementacao deste projeto assistencial puderam ser observados na pratica cuidativa diaria, na qual os tecnicos de enfermagem passaram a desenvolver o atendimento com maior seguranca e espirito-reflexivo, demonstrando efetividade do processo de aprendizado. No final de cada encontro, mostraram-se satisfeitos referente a metodologia utilizada. Na reaplicacao do instrumento inicial para identificacao das necessidades de aprendizado, constatou-se que o deficit cognitivo dos assuntos trabalhados foi sanado, entretanto, outros temas foram sugeridos, demonstrando-se a necessidade de continuacao deste processo educativo(AU).
