El presente proyecto de intervención rescata la relevancia de la metodología de aprendizaje basado en proyectos, como una propuesta didáctica, que propone el protagonismo del estudiante en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, cambiando la interacción entre profesor, alumno y como consecuencia la forma de gestionar el aula. De acuerdo, al análisis del desempeño de los docentes se presentan indicadores descendidos bajo el 50% de logro, que se relacionan directamente con las características de este modelo de enseñanza; para revertir la situación, se implementa una experiencia piloto; que propicia experiencias de aprendizaje que conectan el curriculum con los intereses de los estudiantes, atendiendo los distintos ritmos y formas de aprendizaje, se genera en el estudiante la capacidad de comprometerse en el contexto en que viven, es decir, relacionando los contenidos que se enseñan a otras disciplinas y se entrenan las habilidades superiores incluyendo el aprendizaje cooperativo, a través de situaciones desafiantes. Mejorando los indicadores de desempeño docente, en el primer período de la intervención, sobre el 55% de logro, instalando además, condiciones de trabajo colaborativo, sistematizando la experiencia y gestionando el cambio en la organización para generar aprendizajes que conducen la implementación de la metodología en los siguientes niveles.
