We desire further legislation to perfect a system of sanitation that may be adapted to the cities, towns and rural districts of the State. We believe that the usefulness of the Board to the people of the State will be very materially advanced by adding to our equipment a bacteriological department, to be placed in charge of the Secretary of the Board.
