Whereas Mr. Francis Wainwright had power granted to him to administer upon the estate of Jonathan Gage at Ipswich court, in Mar. 1675, and had paid part of the debts, as per account brought in, the remaining part being mostly in land, is willing the widow should make the best of the estate, and resigned his administratorship Mar. 28, 1676.
