The main premise of the book: It was written to destroy ignorance and myth. It was written to separate fact from fiction and truth from folklore. It was written to highlight knowledge and establish it as a necessity of production, happiness and fulfillment of life. The book is a testimony that "the most violent element in society is ignorance," "A mind is a terrible thing to waste and if you think education cost, try ignorance!" It was written to correct the historically dangerous sentiment that "What you don't know won't hurt you." But, let it be proclaimed from every mountain, hill and housetop, "What you don't know can not only hurt you, but, destroy you."
Several times in Pastor Emry's writings and sermons, he refers to a Bible Law Course, written by Bill Strittmatter. This entire course has been added to the Memorial Library. This 16 lesson course contains hundreds of pages of material.
“WILL A MAN ROB GOD? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offering” (Malachi 3:8). Learn if you are disobeying God, sinning, or even blessed for not paying tithes? • No longer be in bondage • Learn what a tithe was • Learn if tithing is for today • Learn if money was God’s plan for tithing The worst feeling is to think you have robbed God for not paying tithes and live in fear or paranoia, always thinking that God is going to punish you if you don’t pay Him a tenth or you have sinned.
