Teardrops is a collection of beautifully written poems which deals with emotional and philosophical aspects of human life, many in the hindsight of life and day-to-day events. Similarly, in the poem Uttarayana, the narrator deals with the untimely death of his wife. “She climbed the stairs before I did, high in the sky; now, I breathe pain at each remaining step.” These selected poems represent the skill of a gifted poet and touch the heart of the readers with their delicate expressions and messages.
