Dans un contexte d'amélioration continue, la Direction Orano Cycle Melox souhaite avoir un système de management intégré efficient. Depuis plusieurs années le site de Melox est organisé et certifié autour de trois référentiels : - ISO 9001, Système de mangement de la qualité, - ISO 14001, Système de management de l'environnement, - OHSAS 18001, Système de management de la santé et de la sécurité au travail. À la suite de la parution en mars 2018 d'un nouveau référentiel en management de la santé et de la sécurité au travail, ISO 45001, Melox souhaite l'intégrer à son système de management intégré. La norme ISO 45001 remplacera le référentiel OHSAS 18001, référence mondiale antérieure en matière de santé et sécurité au travail. Le site de Melox étant déjà certifié selon la norme OHSAS 18001, dispose d'un délai de trois ans à la suite de son audit de renouvellement en mai 2018 pour se conformer aux exigences de la nouvelle norme. Ce mémoire d'alternance présente l'analyse de conformité normative de la norme ISO 45001 qui a permis de rédiger le plan d'action associé afin de prétendre à une certification du site de Melox en 2021 et présente les actions que l'organisme va devoir déployer.
