This soldier training publication (STP) is intended for soldiers holding MOS 27M, Skill Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, their supervisors, trainers, and commanders. The proponent of this publication is HQ TRADOC. This soldier training publication (STP) identifies individual MOS training requirements for soldiers holding MOS 27M. The STP is the primary MOS reference for supporting self-development, evaluating MOS proficiency, and training of 27M soldiers. Commanders employ two primary methods to evaluate a soldiers' proficiency: Commander's evaluations.
