Have you ever known a good builder? I mean a builder whose reputation preceded them? We often go to great lengths to tell others about our dream cars and dream houses, but, have we ever concluded that before any of these things materialized, they were burdened and birthed through the one that carried the blueprint. Many are living out their dreams but ultimately it is the builder that’s really living. Because what was once a mere inner thought has now manifested outwardly, and there is nothing more fulfilling than to see others living fulfilled lives stemmed from the thoughts and blueprints that the builders had on the inside of them. I pray that you can walk away with knowing that there is something buried down on the inside of each and every one of us that can benefit so many others lives and if we continue to build others we can and will live the ultimate dream as we watch lives change by virtue of the deposits we make in others. Have you done any building lately?

Kacee Gates' one true ambition is to somehow atone for his past sins and be worthy of the love and devotion of his wife and child. Each new attempt, however, results in an inevitable pattern of disappointment and failure. After viewing a program that shows how easily kids are traumatized by discrimination, he realizes what happens to kids manifests itself in adults. He then realizes the dark legacy of discrimination still exists within the American social conscience and reparations are inevitable. Kacee Gates' lawsuit however serves as a catalyst by Reb, the leader of a white supremacist militia group to facilitate his own personal agenda. Can Travis Clearwater, a renegade FBI agent and Moses Truth a civil rights activist stop Reb's plans before the country is forced into a second bloody and violent civil war drawn along racial lines.

Yoland Wadsworth’s ground-breaking proposition is that the act of inquiry is the way by which every living organism and all collective human life goes about continuously learning, improving and changing. Building in Research and Evaluation explores this new approach, a basic theory of human understanding and action. By deepening our understanding about the cyclical processes of acting, observing, questioning, feeling, reflecting, thinking, planning and acting again, Wadsworth identifies how new life might be brought to what we do, both professionally, and personally. Far from being dry academic theory, she shows how this practice-derived evaluative inquiry process can drive progress toward social justice and human betterment. This book will open new vistas of thought and new methods of inquiry for the reflective practitioner in health, human services, education, social sciences. It is the theoretical capstone of a trilogy of best-selling books by Wadsworth, which also includes Everyday Evaluation on the Run and Do-it-Yourself Social Research.
