In this paper, we propose a new clustering algorithm, the single-valued neutrosophic clustering algorithm, which is inspired by fuzzy c-means, picture fuzzy clustering and the single-valued neutrosophic set.
Fuzzy clustering is widely used in business, biology, geography, coding for the internet and more. A single-valued neutrosophic set is a generalized fuzzy set, and its clustering algorithm has attracted more and more attention. An equivalence matrix is a common tool in clustering algorithms.
International Journal of Neutrosophic Science (IJNS) is a peer-review journal publishing high quality experimental and theoretical research in all areas of Neutrosophic and its Applications. Papers concern with neutrosophic logic and mathematical structures in the neutrosophic setting. This special issue reflects the impact of neutrosophic theory in Latin America, especially after creating the Latin American Association of Neutrosophic Sciences. Among the areas of publication most addressed in the region are found in the interrelation of social sciences and neutrosophy, presenting outstanding results in these research areas. The main objective of this special issue is to divulge the impact publication related to the Neutrosophic theory and explore new areas of research and application in the region. The SI reflects the influence of the neutrosophic publications in Latin America by opening new research areas mainly related to Neutrosophic Statistics, Plithogeny, and NeutroAlgebra. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning the incorporation of authors from new countries in the region, such as Paraguay, Uruguay, and Panama, to have authors in total from 15 countries, 12 of them from the Latin American region.

This paper introduces a novel soft computing technique called complex neutrosophic relation (CNR) to evaluate the degree of interaction between two complex neutrosophic sets (CNSs). CNSs are used to represent two-dimensional information that are imprecise, uncertain, incomplete and indeterminate.

This paper considers several distinct mathematical and computational tools, namely complexity, dimensionality-reduction, clustering, and visualization techniques, for characterizing music. Digital representations of musical works of four artists are analyzed by means of distinct indices and visualized using the multidimensional scaling technique. The results are then correlated with the artists’ musical production. The patterns found in the data demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach for assessing the complexity of musical information.
