The Lake Erie Public Access Guidebook is divided into nine chapters - an introductory chapter and one chapter for each of Ohio's coastal counties. The county chapters are arranged geographically from west to east, and, within each chapter, mainland public access sites are arranged geographically from west to east; island sites are arranged clockwise by island. Pages include a brief description about each site, a symbolical listing of that location's amenities, a location map, pictures and contact information to learn more about the destination. General information about each coastal county, the Ohio Coastal Management Program, Office of Coastal Management and common Lake Erie activities including fishing, hunting, boating, swimming and beach safety tips are found in this introductory chapter.
