Siderations, that your committee feel convinced that they are sufficient to arouse and impel to continued and vigorous action all who truly love our Lord J esus Christ. And whenever these considerations shall be brought to exert their legitimate effects upon the mind and heart of God's people, then, and not till then, will the work of christian missions be commenced in earnest.
