The report of the Commission, western section, of the Alli ance of Reformed Churches, together with the certificate of the appointment of W. W. Barr, D. D., to represent the Alliance on the oor of the Assembly, was read and accepted. The nomina tion of delegates to the seventh general council of the Alliance was referred to the Committee on Nominations. The financial part was referred to the Committee on Finance.
