The introductory sermon was preached by Eld. Wm. B. Harmon, at 11 o'clock a. m. Text, "For the love of Christ constraineth us." - 2. Cor. 5. chapter, 14th verse. An intermission was then given for dinner and all invited to partake of the bountiful repast. Afternoon Session. At 1 o'clock p. m. the Association assembled and was called to order by the Moderator, who requested all to join in singing "Come let us join our cheerful songs," then led the body in prayer. The letters from the churches were then collected and brethren O. C. Swindall and T. J. Bennington were requested to read.
