If the Saviour was understood by the Jews when he spoke to them, how could he say to disciples, It] had not come and spoke unto them, they had not had sin? But inasmuch as he was understood, they were deprived of'all cloak for their sin. We are aware of objections to these sentiments but to attend to all of them would swell our Circular beyond due'bounds, . We notice only two.
