An amendment to the environmental assessment of the master plan amendment for Fort Sumter National Monument tour boat facility proposal. This amendment analyzes two alternatives for addressing a proposal that the National Park Service lease a portion of its tour boat facility property to the City of Charleston to build the South Carolina Aquarium.
