This would appear to be church records from the Owensville Circuit of the United Methodist Church. Various churches from time to time were part of the circuit but Owensville and Woolam seemed to be generally together. Other churches were principally Red Oak (which apparently closed and combined with Rosebud), and Canaan (the church there does not seem to exist any more, possibly it joined with Woolam), but also at some times included Champion City, Bern. From 1904 to 1923 the churches on the circuit were Red Oak, Woolam, and Owensville, which seems to match the book. From 1932 to 1936 they were Red Oak, Rosebud, Owensville, and Woolam. It is unclear what the configuration was between 1923 and 1932.--Rademacher, Anna Mae, The First Hundred years : a history of the Woolam United Methodist Church, 1889-1989.
