Within the church community the Nehemiah process has not been taken advantage of and this book is to bring about the awareness of Nehemiah's project management process and how it can be used to manage God's business more efficiently. Projects form part of the bigger picture in God's Kingdom, each Project stems from fulfilling God's vision for his kingdom and should be taken as such. This book presents the main stages involved in managing projects and follows how Nehemiah has used this process and how we can learn from this to manage the next project effectively.
