The background of this National Seminar , undertaken with the financial assistance of Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements.
