The purpose of this project was to equip a select group of leaders to prepare a strategic plan to reach the unchurched in Dalhart, Texas. The Project Director led a team of leaders through ten sessions. The project objective included leading participants to understand the ministry setting, identifying the Scriptural basis for a strategic plan, evaluate the history of reaching the unchurch through FBC Dalhart, and equipping them to develop a strategic plan.
