DOWNLOAD EBOOK"River Gas Corporation proposes to develop a coalbed methane (CBM) gas production field in the Price area of Carbon County, Utah. Surface and mineral estate ownership of the 290-square mile project area is divided among Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (state), Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR), and private landowners. This EIS addresses the impacts of the construction, drilling, and completion/stimulation of 601 CBM gas wells and associated wellpads, access roads, pipelines, and electrical distribution lines over approximately ten-plus years. In addition to the Proposed Action, six alternatives are defined and evalutated."--from Abstract.
