The Code states when a waste becomes a resource and any relevant requirements and/or conditions for its use. If the waste is not being used in accordance with the relevant requirements and/or conditions of this Code, or another type of permit that allows for its use, it is considered a waste and must be disposed of appropriately at a facility that is lawfully able to receive the waste. This End of Waste Code is limited to biosolids generated from licensed sewage treatment plants within the State of Queensland.
