Collectively, the sixteen chapters in this book investigate the power of creativity in the classroom, many through the specific lens of limited resources as an opportunity. The chapters are divided into two sections, eight chapters comprising Section I: Theory and Research and then the eight chapters comprising Section II: Additional Perspectives and Future Directions. This two-volume set LNCS 12777 and 12778 constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Digital Human Modeling and Applications in Health, Safety, Ergonomics and Risk Management, DHM 2021, which was held virtually as part of the 23rd HCI International Conference, HCII 2021, in July 2021.
