The aim of this study was to determine the level of gross motor development of children with learning disabilities aged 4 to 5 years, comparing differences in the level of gross motor development among them and gave up one level to teacher evaluation and measurement of building modules adapted physical education lessons to children preschool special education gross motor developmental stages of childhood special education is often neglected in public observation. In this case, parents and teachers need to be aware of the level of development of children of special education to help reduce developmental delays. Children's normal to experience an increase in gross motor movement which is encouraging when they are at ages four to six years. Therefore, the level of development of children with special educational needs also concern that differences chronological age and biological age for gross motor distinctly not too far distance. Studies in the country revealed gross motor skills of children in Malaysia is on the rise but not by chronological age should be (Borhannudin Abdullah, Saidon Amri and Aris Bet Fadhil, 2009) This finding was supported in the study of gross motor development among the Malays, Chinese and Indians. The findings show that there are different levels of development of gross motor skills of children among the Malays, Chinese and Indians in Malaysia (Saaidon Amri and Chuan, 2008). Similarly, the level of gross motor development of children with disabilities Down syndrome (Tengku Fadi Tengku Kamalden and Teng, 2009) showed a similar trend. To all countries involved in the study of children's early school age from 7 to 10 years.
