"Resolved, that the report of the proceedings of the court of inquiry appointed to hear and report upon all charges and testimony relating to the shooting affray which took place at Brownsville, Texas, on the night of August thirteenth-fourteenth, nineteen hundred and six, and to determine which soldiers and noncommissioned officers, if any, of Companies B, C, and D, Twenty-fifth United States Infantry, who were discharged without honor from the military service as members of said regiment under the provisions of Special Orders, Numbered Two hundred and sixty-six, November ninth, nineteen hundred and six, War Department, were qualified for reenlistment in the Army of the United States and said report having been transmitted to the Senate in compliance with resolution of April fourteenth, nineteen hundred and ten, be printed as a document, together with such maps and illustrations as may be essential"--P. ii.
