Recoveries and 4 per cent. Deaths. Woodward up to 1889 found '104 cases, with 6 bad results, 2 amputations, and 1 death. Marsh mentions 72 instances Of opera tive removal of these bodies between the years 1885 and 1895, with no deaths and 10 failures.
