(2) In books where there are images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the original artefact. Excerpt from Spring Valley Water Company, Plaintiff, Vs; City and County of San Francisco, Et Al;, Defendants: Abstract of Testimony Taken Before Honorable H. M. Wright Map 10, parcel 288, Chabot land: I know the Chabot ranch, and have known it for fully 50 years. I owned land adjoining the Chabot ranch on the north-west corner, consisting Of 47 acres, which was a part Of the Fallon ranch, owned by my father, Jeremiah Fal lon. I have lived in the Pleasanton country since 1878. I am familiar with the crops as grown on the Chabot ranch, and would not call them good crops by any means. To the best Of my memory, I have never seen but three paying crops grown on the Chabot land. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
