Article 2. (by ballot) to see if the town will vote to amend the land use ordinance adopted by the town on June 22, 1982 as follows: A. Amend Article IV entitled Definitions by adding the following sentence to the definition of village district: If a lot falls within two districts it will be considered in that district wherein the greatest amount of land lies. B. Amend Article IV entitled Definitions by adding after the word rural in the eighth definition the word district so that definition reads rural district.
