To hear the reports of the selectmen, treasure-r, cemetery commissioners and any other town officers heretofore chosen, and to pass any vote relat ing thereto. Article 3. To choose one Selectman for the term of three years, a town treasurer, one or more highway agents, one or more auditors, one library trustee for the term of three years, one cemetery commissioner for the term of five years, and one cemetery commissioner for the term of four years, one trustee of trust funds for the term of three years, and all other necessary town officers. Article 4. To see if the town will vote to make any alterations in the amount of money required to be raised and appropriated for the ensuing year for the support of the town, as recommended by the finance committee in its budget report; to raise and appropri ate all sums so determined for the purposes so deter mined, and to pass any other vote relating thereto.
