Almost every time I drive around I notice a personalized / vanity license plate. Most of them are names or some "code" that only the car owner and maybe a few friends or family know what it means. But many times there are those that make you go: "wow, that's cool." Or even better - make you laugh out loud. Plates with messages like: HW2PRTY [how to party], TEXTME [text me] or RECLESS [reckless], which definitely makes you wanna keep your distance from that car... Really creative plates out there. Kudos to the car owners who thought of all these cool ideas, and shared them with us.Every now and then I snapped a picture of the cars and their license plates (not while driving). After a while I had quite a collection, which I want to share with you in this book. This book is a sample collection of creative plates. With each plate I put down what went through my mind as I read the message on the plate. Hopefully you would smile a lot as you check out these cool plates.

Children love being on vacation or visiting friends and family--it’s just the boring hours traveling on the plane, train, bus, or automobile that they hate. But even long journeys will fly by with this jam-packed collection of activities. In fact, it will keep kids so busy they won’t even care when they get there! All kinds of puzzles, personality quizzes, brainteasers, writing and drawing prompts, and word and board games entertain a single kid or a large group. The fun goes way beyond the usual: do scavenger hunts for speeding cars, funny signs, and roadside animals. Fold fast-food restaurant napkins into origami creatures. Play World’s Worst and ask your fellow car captives questions like, "What’s the world’s worst way to ballroom dance?” All that’s required is a pencil, pen, or a few markers. With so many great things to do, getting there just might be the best part of the trip!

Bite-sized bits of information to give you the edge on trivia night—from crime and punishment to the rich and famous to ghosts, ghouls, oddballs, and more! Packed with more than 400 pages, Uncle John’s Bathroom Reader: Attack of the Factoids is a fact-a-palooza of obscure information. Like what, you ask? Here are just a few extraordinary examples:* Bats always turn left when they exit a cave.* In the 1960s, astronauts trained for moon voyages by walking on Hawaiian lava fields.* Lloyd’s of London insured Bruce Springsteen’s voice for 3.5 million English pounds.* Physician Amynthas of Alexandria, Greece, performed the first known nose job in the Third Century B.C.* Military toilet paper is printed in a camouflage design, since white could attract enemy fire.* Elvis Presley always wore a helmet when watching football on TV.* King Henry VIII’s ladies at court had a ration of one gallon of beer per day.* It takes the energy from fifty leaves on an apple tree to produce one ripe fruit.* The only country to host the Summer Olympics but not win a single gold medal was Canada, in 1976. And that’s just the beginning! So what are you waiting for? Attack!
