DOWNLOAD EBOOKExcerpt from A Practical Treatise of the Law of Vendors and Purchasers of Estates If it be agreed that the purchaser shall take possession of the estate, and pay interest on the purchase-money from that time, and it afterwards appear that a long time must elapse before a title can be made, the purchaser will be entitled to rescind the agreement.
