If the transcript on appeal (except in pauper appeals) shall not be printed, as required by the rules, by reason of the failure of the appellant to send up the transcript or deposit the cost therefor in time for it to be printed when called in its regular order (as set out in rule the appeal shall, on motion of appellee, be dismissed; but the court may, on motion of appellant, after five days notice, at the same term, for good cause shown, reinstate the ap peal, to be heard at the next term. When a cause is called and the record is not fully printed, if the appellee does not move to dismiss, the cause will be continued. The court will hear no cause in which the rule as to printing is not complied with, other than pauper appeals.
