In the present day, there are two problems that deter democracy from being able to rear its head in theestablishment of our Republic. The first of these is voter knowledge. While voters are very aware of whether theylean left or right, blue or red, Democratic or Republican, they are very unaware of who they are choosing to betheir representative. There is a lack of attention devoted to the personal views of the candidate, the qualificationsof the candidate, and the moral character of the candidate, each of which are crucial contributors to the successthat individual will have as a leader. The second problem lies in representation. Although it has been an exhaustedterm in the government, representation is not solely restricted to ethnicity, color, race, religion, or similar factors. Infact, the least represented demographic in politics today is the youth. The upcoming generations are highlycapable, are advocating intensely, but are silenced and overridden in the White House. To achieve an ideal government that is capable of implementing policy that is effective for decades to come, experience and innovation, those with years and those with fresh enthusiasm must come together. The red and the blue must mesh to create a true United States of America: the Purple Wave.

While Zalador has to select a new wish partner; he is given the additional task of assisting a young lion, the Major, in finding a wish-partner to achieve the requirements of the wish. The Major, a lion from the Urban Display Arena (the zoo), is arrogant and constantly reminds Zalador of his contacts on the Supreme Council; that he is sure to be selected; that he is chosen one. To Zalador dismay he has no contacts on the Supreme Council. The difficulty is that there are two lions competing for a single position on Council and the benefits from the galactic freedom. Both are aspiring to achieve a release from the earth-bound gravity and this creates the challenge. Zalador is suspicious of the Major’s intentions but is in the compromised position of assisting his competitor. This results in each picking on the weakness of the other to demoralize the competitor out of contention. The journey takes Zalador and the Major with the wish Partners, Princess and Sta, in and out of Paradise and the visit to a new Homeland. IMAGINATION DRIFT: A CHALLENGE FOR FREEDOM expresses human- people interactions and behaviors through animal perspectives.

This often-startlingly original book introduces a new way of thinking about color in film as distinct from existing approaches which tend to emphasize either technical processes and/or histories of film coloration, or the meaning(s) of color as metaphor or symbol, or else part of a broader signifying system. Murray Pomerance's latest meditation on cinema has the author embed himself in various ways of thinking about color; not ways of framing it as a production trick or a symbolic language but ways of wondering how the color effect onscreen can work in the act of viewing. Pomerance examines many issues, including acuity, dreaming, interrelationships, saturations, color contrasts, color and performance (color as a performance aid or even performance substitute), and more. The lavender of the photographer's seamless in Antonioni's Blow-Up taken in itself as an explosion of color worked into form, and then considered both as part of the story and part of our experience. The 14 chapters of this book each discuss a single primary color as regards to our experience of cinema. After opening the idea of such an exploration in terms of the history of our apperception and the variation in our experience that color germinates, Color it True takes form.
