Mozambique is a country located in the southeastern part of Africa, and it is bordered by the Indian Ocean to the east, Tanzania to the north, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to the west, and South Africa and Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) to the south. The Portuguese Language Continuum in Africa and Brazil is the first publication in English to offer studies on a whole set of varieties of Portuguese in Africa as well as Brazilian Portuguese.
