An adjourned meeting of the General Assembly was held at the Hotel New Netherlands, New York, on December 19, 1893, and the Constitution unanimously adopted. The final session of the First General Assembly was held in the Congress Hall, Philadelphia, May 7 and 8, 1896. Since this time the General Assembly has met regularly every three years. The meeting in 1908 was held at the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, the General Society being the guest of the Kentucky Society.
