It tells the story of the role played by the creator and controller of the heavens and earth in humanity's progress. Its mode of operation, sometimes called "the mind of God" can be determined by using reason and logic in everyday life. They are sometimes referred to as "common senses". The book commences with a brief introduction to common sense. It is followed by a description of how the principles behind them shaped our galaxy, solar system, planet, the formation of life and eventually human evolution. It then describes early human attempts to understand the factors that effected their lives. That process went through a belief that everything had a spirit inside it, through all similar things were controlled by a great spirit in the sky until those sky spirits became Gods. As civilization progressed, the number of Gods controlling things was slowly reduced until there was the recognition there was just one God controlling everything. That is followed by the stories of the three great Monotheist Prophets, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad. It shows how they each preached about reasonably logical common sense required to obtain benefits from the creator and controller of the heavens and earth. The reasons why they all knew the monotheist God was not a Man Being Deity are explained. It follows the story of those Prophets as they taught the logical lifestyle necessary for their followers to gain its benefits. It then described the benefits their followers gained as they initially followed aspects of that logic. The passage of time saw their clerics change their Prophet's message away from logical reasons to the mysticism of a personified Man Being Deity. That was usually accompanied by a promise of eternal life in the presence of that Deity. The fortunes of their followers stagnated or declined. Eventually one group of people in Western Europe recognized the benefits of Jesus' teachings. The Protestants used the reasonably logical common sense ways of the heavenly creator as they established the modern world with all the benefits now available to humanity.
