Development of tribes and their areas are today a major concern of the Government. Various articles of the Indian Constitution provide specific provisions for the advancement of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes. A Voluntary Organisation on the other hand, cna easily adjust itself to the needs of the people with sympathy, personal care and urgency.
