Excerpt: ...of a court of record of the county or district, or of the secretary of state of the state or territory within which such acknowledgment was taken, under the seal of his office, that the person whose name is subscribed to the certificate of acknowledgment was at the date thereof such officer as he is thereon represented to be, and that he believes the signature of such person to such certificate of acknowledgment to be genuine, and that the same is executed and acknowledged according to the Where 1'cents'Prll laws of such state, territory, or district. One of said duplicate re'b'"'' ports shall be filed with the clerk of each county in which their works or any part thereof may be located, and one with the auditor general as hereinbefore provided. All of said reports to be filed Perjury at the same time as near as may be.
