The purpose of this document is to determine the significance of potential environmental impacts resulting from the proposed action: the construction of a full-diamond interchange on SR 5 a half mile south of Israel Road at the extension of Airdustrial Way; adding two lanes in the existing median of SR 5; constructing a pedestrian undercrossing and connections in the vicinity of Bishop Road and Dennis Street; replacing the Israel Road undercrossing to provide adequate horizontal and vertical clearance; adding noise walls south of Trosper Road; and adding connections to Airdustrial Way and Littlerock Road.
