Members Await Message From Commissioners. 1. The Members await a Message from the Commissioners appointed by the Governor for opening the Parliament. On Receiving Message From Commissioners, Members Proceed To Council Chamber. 2.On receiving the Message from the Commissioners for opening the Parliament, the Members of the Assembly proceed to the Council Chamber to hear the Commission read. Commissioners For Swearing Members. 3.The Assembly being returned into their own House, Commissioners appointed by the Governor for swearing Members produce their Commission, which is read by the Clerk.
