Authorizes superintendent to annotate budget and make clerical corrections and requires him to submit budget to board of review not later than May 25; eliminating present requirements for approval of budget by superintendent. Eliminates present provisions for district public hearing on proposed budget, and requires publication of proposed budget, or summary thereof. Between May 12 and May 20, such publication to contain notice that budget will be submitted to board of review not later than May 25.
