Robert 1d. Shaw, 26, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was extensively burned on July 8 than he fell into a hot water basin nwr Old Faithful Geyser and was hospital ised. He was making excellent recovery by the end of the month. Caroline Stevens, 17, Dawson, Georgia, a member of the Georgia Caravans Party, was burned on the right leg when she stepped into a pool near Grand Geyser. Her condition was not serious and she departed for home after being cmfined to the hospital for a few days.
