DOWNLOAD EBOOKThe Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Program allows 11th and 12th grade Minnesota public school students to attend a Minnesota postsecondary institution at state expense. Participating students must meet the requirements set by the institution they wish to attend. They receive high school credit for a course successfully completed and may apply for college credit for the same course. This report examines data on 7,540 students who took one or more PSEO courses and provides a detailed look at the choices students made, the way the program has evolved, and financial effects of the program an all parties involved.
