Its members shall consist of Annual members, paying an annual fee of one dollar; of Life members, paying a fee of twenty dollars at one time; and of Honorary members, who shall only be persons of distinguished merit in Horticulture or kindred sciences, who may, by vote, be invited to participate in the privileges of the Society. The wives of members shall be members without fee. IV. Its officers shall consist of a President, one vice-president, Secre tary, and Treasurer, who shall be elected at the annual meeting, and serve until their successors are chosen; also on Executive Board as hereinafter provided. V. The affairs of the Society shall be managed by an Executive Board to consist of the President and Secretary of the Society, and the President and vice-president from each of the three District Horticultural Societies of the State.
