He married his second wife, Elizabeth Cogan Gibson, 17 August 1630 in Massachusetts. They had two sons, John and Zerubbabel. Descendant Elizabeth Endicott married Wilson Harmon (1828-1894) in 1851 in Posey County, Indiana. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
